No previous experience necessary. It’s very easy, very gentle and can even be done sitting down (if people can’t stand and bring a deck chair along). Unlike Tai Chi, there aren’t long sequences of moves that need to be learned in a set. Kirsten will break it all down into very easy to follow simple moves.
