Gemma's creative works are inspired by the land, sea, buildings, skies, people, nature and exploring the richness of colours, textures and tones.

Originally from the Richmond area, she studied painting, printmaking and film at Canterbury. While she had a successful career in television graphics she also exhibited her oil paintings, prints and undertook commissions. She now freelances in digital media utilizing her multiple creative skills. Gemma has recently moved to Suffolk where she has taken to using watercolour and enjoys the complexities and challenges of this medium.
