Visitors to Trust Farm Art Exhibition over the Celebrating Saxtead weekend are invited to vote for their overall favourite piece of art.

Inspiration for young children and their parents:

You could choose to create a piece from a time in Saxtead's history:

Prehistoric, Roman, a building you like in Saxtead, farming, something from local nature or illustrate an activity like the medieval football, ballet or horse riding.

It's up to you!

We are looking for originality on this subject. Good Luck!

Inspiration for older children and Parents:

In the Cambridge dictionary it states the word Heritage means:

"Features belonging to the culture of a particular society, such as traditions, languages, or buildings, that were created in the past and still have historical importance."

With this in mind, we would like you to explore the theme of Heritage relating to Saxtead.

It could be personal to you, like your home, a tree, a landmark or scene that you love based in Saxtead.

Or something historical: A building, an event like the tug of war at our annual Saxtead Village Fete, dancing at the Saxtead School of Dance or the Harvest Festival at All Saints Church, or a football game in 1300 and even earlier, Roman Soldiers building or marching along the road through Saxtead Green.

It's up to you!

We are looking for originality on this subject. Good Luck!
